Exceeding expectations, one positioner at a time: Puck Enterprises, Inc.
Puck Enterprises, Inc. received their first 15,000 LB. Portable Headstock & Tailstock positioner in June 2020. This positioner had been providing efficiency for Puck for just over a month, and this is what they had to say:
“We have been using it quite often. Everyone likes it so far. We will continue to add more jigs to hold more of our products, but so far it has exceeded our expectations. This chassis (see photos) we would normally flip seven times using two overhead cranes and two or three guys per flip. Now, we can safely rotate it and raise to a comfortable to weld everything flat, without tying up a crane.”
