ALM IBC Single Column Lifts increase productivity, minimize handling time and eliminates loss of material and improve ergonomics. They can be designed to pick up bulk bags (ie: super sacks), rigid containers, drums or be used as platform Lifts. Available models include electro-hydraulic power rotate, manual rotate or fixed position (raise only – no rotation).

ALM Single Column Lifts require lower overhead clearance than conventional lifts, cranes or hoists. The ALM Lift eliminates the need to tie up a forktruck for hours at a time and requires minimal floor space. The load can be parked on a mechanical safety pawl for unsurpassed user safety and confidence. This Lift is an economical way of lifting and is easy to operate. The basic model can be modified to meet your specific requirements including multiple positions or the use of PLC controls.

Standard controls include a remote operator station, pedestal or column mounted for convenient positioning in your facility and a control console which includes a hydraulic pump with self contained reservoir and appropriate control solenoids. Operational Voltage is available in 230/460/575VAC 3PH or 208/230VAC 1PH.

Standard capacities to 3000 LBS, modifiable to 5000 Lbs. Will easily lift and rotate on the vertical axis to 359 degrees.

For rigid containers and drums, Lifts are available with rotating devices on the horizontal axis for inverting, dumping or slow speed rotating/mixing.

Lifts are also available with hydraulic clamping and manual strapping systems for a variety of steel and fiber drums and rigid containers (steel, plastic or fiber).

Single Column Lifts can be designed to raise platforms to a mezzanine level. They can also be designed to manipulate tooling fixtures or other material handling components.
